The successful candidate will have:
– Minimum 2 years’ experience in a cocktail bar and nightclub/speakeasy
– Strong mixology skills and knowledge of beverage trends
– Proficiency in wines, spirits, and cocktails, contributing to the development of our beverage offerings
– Ability to implement beverage-focused staff training
– Proven success in driving revenue, profits, and managing stock control
– Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
– Self-motivation and effective workload management
– Knowledge of liquor and WHS compliance
– Background in digital marketing and website development
– Experience in talent management and event leadership
– Valid Responsible Service of Alcohol certification
– Barista experience
– Exceptional customer service skills

Main Duties Include:
– Supporting the Event Operations Manager with large events
– Leading smaller events and ensuring exceptional customer service
– Managing The Ruby Lounge and its team
– Communicating with clients and suppliers
– Collaborating with the Operations Manager and Hotel General Manager

We are seeking an experienced Motel Management Couple for our 34-room motel in Yass, NSW. This hands-on role requires self-driven individuals with a strong customer service background to positively impact both the top and bottom line.

The successful applicants will work closely with the Executive team to implement and drive marketing strategies throughout the year.

Duties and Responsibilities:
– Reception, housekeeping, and maintenance duties
– Prioritizing customer satisfaction
– Managing staff and rosters
– Responding to online reviews
– Providing weekly/monthly reports to the Group Manager
– Monitoring budgets and maintaining cost controls
– Monitoring yield management strategies

Experience Required:
– Proficiency in RMS or similar systems
– Previous experience in a similar role
– Accounting experience (MYOB knowledge is advantageous)
– Current RSA certification
– Food Safety Supervisor Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
– Current First Aid certification
– Willingness to become an approved manager for the onsite Liquor Licence
