Working at Mandala has given me genuine opportunities to step up in my career. I’ve been supported to develop new skills, take on additional responsibilities, and progress professionally, with leaders who encourage development and recognise potential. It’s an environment where growth is supported, and I've learned so much in the past few years working alongside a deeply knowledgeable and committed team.

Throughout my time here, I’ve been encouraged to step forward, learn new skills, and take on new challenges. The people around me saw potential in me and supported me every step of the way. Because of that encouragement, I’ve had the opportunity to work across many areas of the hotel, gaining valuable experience and a deeper understanding of the hospitality industry.

Currently work as the Breakfast Chef, where I benefit from a stable and tranquil professional environment, I feel very comfortable with my superiors, who are always attentive to my needs and ensure I have everything required to succeed. Working here feels like being part of a family, which allows me to deliver my best work every single day.
