The mountain looks out across the Glass House Mountains, Lake Samsonvale, Moreton Bay and the Brisbane skyline, and the resort has been designed to make the most of every angle of it. Warm timber, natural stone and soft light run through the refreshed interiors, anchored by a central fireplace in the heart of the main building. Close enough for a spontaneous weekend. Far enough that everything slows down.
Swim in the treetop pool, now finished with new decking, glass balustrades and furniture. Work out in the new gym, take a frame in the snooker room, walk the upgraded path between the Pavilion and the vineyard, or do very little at all on Serenity Lawn beside its new fountain. There is a full size tennis court and bushland tracks on the doorstep when you feel like moving.
